As an Account Executive at Hailey HR, you will play a key role in the company’s expansion into the Finnish market. This is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is carried out by Bravura and you will be employed directly by Hailey HR.

💼 Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will be part of Hailey’s fast-growing international sales team, where you will help develop the Finnish market. You will work towards clear sales targets by:
  • Proactively building and managing your own sales pipeline
  • Booking and conducting customer meetings and delivering product demos
  • Understanding organizations and their specific needs across different industries and company sizes, in close collaboration with the wider team

You will own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. After a signed agreement, the Customer Success team takes over onboarding. At Hailey, prior sales experience is not required to succeed - as long as you are driven and eager to learn, you will be given the right conditions to succeed. With support from your manager, you will receive a thorough onboarding and access to best practices that will help you develop into a successful Account Executive.

🔍 Education, experience and personal qualities
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, with Swedish considered a plus, both spoken and written
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field
  • Previous work experience is a plus - especially if you have an understanding of how organizations operate

Hailey HR is looking for someone who is driven to continuously improve, take on challenges, and learn new things. You are naturally curious and enjoy working in a customer-facing role close to the business. In this role, you will work with HR managers, CEOs, and executive teams as primary decision-makers, which requires strong and professional communication skills. You are socially confident and attentive.

Furthermore, you are entrepreneurial, take ownership, and independently drive your work forward to achieve your goals. You also have a strong ability to create structure and stay organized. Finally, you are energized by the challenge of working in a fast-growing and innovative scale-up environment.
