We're seeking an individual who brings expertise in finance and accounting, has the agility to handle tasks ranging from day-to-day operations to high-level strategic projects, and possesses international experience working within the EU, Nordics, UK, or US. Key Responsibilities

• Financial Operations: Oversee and execute monthly closing activities across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
• Revenue Management: Manage invoicing, payment tracking, and financial analysis, ensuring streamlined processes.
• Internal Controls: Enhance and harmonize financial governance across the group, driving consistency and best practices.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with external accounting firms, auditors, tax authorities, and other partners to ensure compliance and seamless collaboration.
• Payroll and Reporting: Support payroll processes and manage financial reporting for external funding partnerships.
• Technology Implementation: Contribute to the adoption of new systems and tools to optimize our financial operations and drive efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operational teams to integrate financial insights into strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• Professional Experience: 5-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role, preferably within a start-up, scale-up, or SaaS environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent international qualifications).
• Technical Expertise: Solid accounting knowledge, with hands-on experience in financial reporting; familiarity with IFRS is a plus.
• Adaptability: A willingness to take on diverse responsibilities, from basic operational tasks to more complex, strategic initiatives.
• Global Perspective: Prior on-site work experience in international markets (EU, Nordics, UK, US) is highly valued.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working with data to derive actionable insights.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is a bonus.
