Finance Controller at IKEA Components
IKEA Components holds a unique position within the IKEA value chain. At IKEA Components we develop, source, pack and supply components, materials and IKEA retail equipment products in areas where it benefits IKEA and the IKEA customer.
To create a better everyday life for the many people we integrate backwards in the IKEA value chain. We focus on creating price advantage through business development and economy of scale, as well as securing excellence within design, quality, availability and sustainability.
We offer a challenging and inspiring role as Finance Controller where you will be working together with an amazing Finance team to support the business in the best possible way. You will together with the team and our stakeholders continuously work to improve our processes, to gain efficiency and quality to reach excellence in our operations. Through this, the function contributes to profitable growth, better decision making as well as a strengthened performance culture.
We are looking for you who will embrace the digital transformation in Finance controlling and be the bridge to our colleagues in Business Intelligence. By maximizing the use of existing reports and aid in creating new reports and tools where needed, the purpose is to provide timely, relevant information and analysis to support the business navigators and other stakeholders in the organization.
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have at least 5 years of experience from the finance and controlling area. You inspire, clarify, create togetherness and collaboration. To find better ways and enable change is important for you.
You are curious and have experience from working with the data that is generated from our financial transactions, by your analytical skills you can turn data into information which in turn creates insights and recommendations to the business.
You have knowledge of, and interest in reporting and Business information tools like PBI, SAP BPC, Excel or equivalent. Experience from M3, our ERP system, is valuable to have. You have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent knowledge gained from work experience. You have good knowledge in Swedish - Accounting, VAT and commercial law. Fluent in English in both speech and writing.

- Secure the operative flow of the yearly and monthly closing of the book process
- Secure monthly, bi-monthly and yearly operational and legal reporting
- Provide financial analysis and reports for various stakeholders in the organization
- Responsible for accurate and timely monthly cost reporting and analysis for IKEA Components
- Create different follow-up and statistics
- Be a key person for all financial tools
