As aFinance Bsiness Partner within Commercial Development & Innovation(CD&I) Finance, yo will play an important role in connecting financialperformance with bsiness priorities across a highly internationalorganization.

This isan 18-month maternity cover where yo will work closely with commercial,prodct, R&D, Insights and Marketing stakeholders. Yo will act as atrsted Finance partner, providing financial insights, challenging assmptionsand spporting the bsiness with decision-making, planning and performancemanagement.

Yo willreport to the Finance Director and have broad exposre across the organization.The role combines recrring financial processes with strategic bsinessqestions, while also giving yo the opportnity to improve and developreporting and ways of working.

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Global Head of Indstries, R&D, Insights &Marketing, Commercial Excellence and other bsiness stakeholders to providefinancial insights and recommendations.
- Deliverperformance analysis and identify key bsiness drivers, trends andopportnities.
- Spportmonthly reporting, forecasting, bdgeting and strategic planning processes.
- Preparefinancial analyses and presentations for senior stakeholders and leadershipteams.
- Spportthe weekly bsiness performance reporting and qarterly Bsiness Reviews.
-Coordinate with global and regional teams to ensre high-qality financialplanning and reporting.
- Driveimprovements throgh simplification, standardization and atomation ofreporting and analytical processes.
- Spportstrategic initiatives and cross-fnctional projects across the organization.

Abotyo
Yo have a relevant niversity degree in Finance, Acconting, Economics or arelated field and several years of experience within Finance, BsinessControlling, FP&A or Finance Bsiness Partnering.

We arelooking for someone who has:
- Strongbsiness partnering skills and the ability to bild trst with stakeholdersacross different fnctions and levels.
- Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financialdata into clear bsiness insights.
-Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools sch as Power BI and/orTablea.
-Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
- Strongcommnication skills and confidence to commnicate financial topics to bothFinance and non-Finance stakeholders.
- FlentEnglish, both written and spoken. Swedish or other Scandinavian langages is anadvantage.
-Experience from the food, pharma, FMCG or consmer goods indstry is anadvantage, bt not reqired.

As aperson, yo are commercially minded, crios and analytical. Yo enjoynderstanding the bsiness behind the nmbers and are comfortable challengingassmptions and asking qestions when needed.

Yo arestrctred and able to manage several priorities at the same time, whilemaintaining a high level of qality. Yo take ownership of yor work, arecomfortable working independently and enjoy collaborating with stakeholdersacross an international organization.
