I am engaging an experienced Executive Recruiter / Headhunter to represent a senior product-focused profile for placement into a next-stage role within product, innovation, or strategy-led organizations.

This is a candidate-represented search mandate, not a traditional recruiting assignment. The consultant will act as an independent advisor and representative, managing outreach, positioning, and early-stage discussions with hiring decision-makers.

𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲

• Identify and engage opportunities aligned with product leadership, innovation, or strategy roles

• Conduct discreet, targeted outreach to founders, executives, and senior hiring leaders

• Position a profile combining founder experience, product ownership, and industrial design depth

• Advise on role framing, market positioning, and compensation expectations

• Manage introductions and early-stage dialogue with prospective organizations

Target environments include:

• Hardware-driven or physical product companies

• Mobility and transportation

• Consumer goods and premium product brands

• Design-led, innovation-centric, or founder-led organizations

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗻𝗮𝗽𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘁

• Design strategist and product leader bridging insight, business and execution

• Experience across founder ventures, consulting and enterprise environments

• Strong cross functional collaboration across engineering, operations and commercial teams

• Based in Sweden; open to international roles

• Experience in executive search or senior headhunting

• Track record placing leaders in product, innovation, design, or strategy roles

• Direct access to founders, VPs, and senior decision-makers

• High discretion, strong judgment, and a consultative communication style

• Comfortable working with success-based or hybrid fee structures
