CGI is accelerating its growth within Manufacturing & Transportation, and we're now looking for an experienced, driven leader to shape our next expansion phase in Stockholm.

As a Director Consulting Services (DCS), you will take full ownership of developing our business with global manufacturing clients headquartered in Stockholm, while building and recruiting a highperforming consulting team from the ground up. You will lead the business end to end-spanning sales, client relationships, delivery excellence, team development, and profitable growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a commercial, entrepreneurial consulting environment and wants the opportunity to both grow key clients and build a new team and operation.

In the role of Director Consulting Services, you will:

Business Development & Sales
• Drive sales toward global manufacturing clients based in Stockholm.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.

Client Delivery Leadership
• Ensure high quality in our deliveries and act as a senior advisor to key clients.

Revenue & Profitability
• Be responsible for growth, revenue, and profitability within your area.

People Leadership
• Act as a "talent magnet". Build, recruit, and lead a new consulting team.
• Foster a strong and collaborative culture.

Operational Management
• Balance sales, delivery, and team leadership to secure a stable and scalable business.

Management Team Participation
• Actively contribute to the management team and to the strategic development of the business.

Kvalifikationer för att bli framgångsrik denna roll
• Proven experience in consulting leadership, ideally within manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong industry network and market insight, preferably within global manufacturing.
• Experience building and scaling teams from the ground up.
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Solid understanding of business development, sales, and client delivery.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, clientdriven environment.
• Proactive, relationshiporiented, and trusted by senior stakeholders.

Additional requirements:
• Background as a consultant is highly meritorious.
• Relevant university degree.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
