  • Produce and distribute Work In Progress (WIP) reports and other management reports to support billing and matter tracking.
  • Maintain contact databases and support business development activities through Salesforce and other CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, IT and other corporate support teams.
  • Provide broad administrative support including document preparation, filing, printing, meeting coordination and information packs.
  • Provide cover for Executive Assistant colleagues and support ad hoc projects.

How You'll Grow

You will work closely with senior leaders, gain exposure to complex client engagements and build strong relationships across multiple business functions. Through ongoing coaching, on-the-job learning and development programmes, you will strengthen your administrative, operational and stakeholder management capabilities while advancing your career at FTI Consulting.
