Join Ericsson's Business Network Engineering Unit as a Baseband System Developer. You will work in a team focused on developing and contributing to systemization for next-generation Radio Access Network products, with emphasis on baseband algorithms, signal processing, and multi-antenna systems. In this role, you will contribute to technical studies, requirements, simulations, and feature development for advanced wireless technologies.

What you will do- Contribute to systemization for next-generation Radio Access Network products by supporting system requirements, technical studies, and feature development.
- Develop, analyze, optimize, and validate physical layer (L1) and radio resource management (RRM) algorithms, with focus on DSP, MIMO, and beamforming strategies.
- Perform link-level and network-level system studies to evaluate wireless network performance and efficiency for 5G/6G technologies.
- Develop and refine software simulations and tools to assess design alternatives and support technical decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to support system integration, alignment across technical areas, and successful feature delivery.
- Support standardization-related investigations and contribute technical input in relevant internal and external forums.
- Create and maintain systemization artifacts such as requirements, analysis reports, and architectural input that support product development and feature integration.
The skills you bring:- Relevant experience in wireless systems, preferably including 5G and emerging 6G technologies.
- Good foundation in communications theory, digital signal processing, MIMO, and beamforming.
- Experience with simulation tools and environments for performance evaluation.
- Analytical and structured problem-solving mindset, with curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Education: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a closely related discipline.
Nice-to-Have Skills:- Agile/Lean product development practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cross-team collaboration capabilities.
