The Role

You take responsibility for the digital and technology architecture of Coretura as an organisation, not just the product we build, but the company that builds it. That means spanning engineering platforms, compliance systems, and the tools that support HR, finance, legal, and sourcing. It also means getting close enough to the problems to design actual solutions, not just draw boxes on diagrams.

What You Will Own

Enterprise Technology Landscape Map, govern, and consolidate the tools and platforms Coretura operates across all functions. In a fast-growing company, shadow IT accumulates quickly, teams buy tools that solve local problems but create global complexity. You get ahead of that by providing better answers faster.

Buy vs Build One of the highest-leverage decisions in a scaleup is knowing when to buy, when to build, and when to integrate more deeply. You own this decision framework and make sure every choice fits the broader architecture rather than creating a new island.

Architecture Runway The systems that become blockers are almost always the ones nobody thought about until it was too late. You maintain a longterm view of what needs to be in place before the business needs it.

Data Architecture You own how data flows between systems, how it is governed, and how it enables the data-driven decision-making Coretura's strategy depends on

AI Adoption You are the architectural anchor for how AI tools and agents are adopted across the organisation, coding assistants, process automation, document generation, ensuring adoption is coherent, governed, and compliant with the EU AI Act.

Compliance Systems Coretura operates under ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2, EU AI Act, ASPICE, and ISO 9001. You ensure the systems supporting compliance generate evidence as a by-product of how people work, not as a separate administrative exercise.

Integration & Vendor Governance You define how systems connect, manage the vendor and licence landscape, and ensure Coretura is not carrying redundant investments or accumulating integration debt that will slow it down later.

What This Looks Like in Practice

Designing the integration and consolidation strategy across a fragmented tool landscape.

Architecting the systems that will produce ASPICE audit evidence without creating compliance overhead

Building the data and tooling solution that gives leadership real-time visibility across teams and partners

Governing AI agent adoption organisation-wide, from evaluation frameworks to guardrails

Selecting and integrating the process tooling for release management, risk management, and quality workflows being formalised right now

What We Are Looking For

You have been through at least one scaleup journey and know what happens when architecture doesn't keep pace with the company. You combine strategic breadth with enough concreteness to design solutions that get built. You can talk to a CFO and a software engineer in the same day and be credible with both.

Experience in a scaling technology company is essential. Exposure to regulated industries is a strong advantage.
