Doula Position - Stockholm's International Nanny Agency

Stockholm's International Nanny Agency is currently recruiting an experienced and reliable doula for a long-term position with a family based in Värmdö.

Position Overview

Child/ren: Newborn

Start Date: As soon as possible

Duration: Long term

Location: Värmdö

Responsibilities

Overnight care for the newborn

Supporting sleep routines and sleep training

Support with bottle feeding, changing diapers, soothing etc

Light chores in the house

Support with daytime or afternoon care

Schedule & Hours

Initial Period: As soon as possible

Ongoing: Full time

Typical Hours: To be discussed

Additional Details

Language Skills: Fluent English (Swedish is a plus, but not required)

Applicants must have a valid driver's license

Candidate Requirements

Experienced with newborns

Fluent in English

Reliable, active, creative, and able to commit long-term

Flexibility

Previous experience with overnight care and newborn routines

Someone in their mid-20s or older

Preferred Qualifications

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Clear background check and strong references

Flexible availability and a nurturing attitude
