Are you an experienced professional Director with 12+ years of experience within front-office and customer strategy looking for the next step in your career?

Our Management Consulting practice is expanding to meet our clients' rising and changing demand. We work with many of Sweden's most interesting organisations, and we need more leaders in our journey. About the role

As part of KPMG's Customer & Operations practice, you will lead engagements that help our clients drive profitable growth and transform their businesses through performance improvement projects. You will support clients in defining their market and customer strategy, design their customer journey and enable efficient front-office functions to deliver the best customer experience. Many projects involve CRM solutions or analytical tools that help turn data into action.

Beyond this, you will play a vital role in shaping KPMG's growth agenda by identifying new business opportunities, leading commercial dialogues, building senior client relationships and contributing to the development of our people, methods and go-to-market offerings. The role can be placed in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö, depending on your location and preference.

We believe that you:
  • Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
  • Have 12+ years of experience in management consulting or relevant industry roles
  • Have led strategy and transformation projects related to customer experience, go-to-market, commercial strategy, customer insight or similar
  • Are confident working with senior stakeholders
  • Have strong leadership skills and enjoy developing people and teams
  • Possess strong business acumen and a proven sales track record
  • Are fluent in English, and ideally also in Swedish
  • Experience in working with CRM platforms is considered a merit
