Director People & Culture Nordic

Lead the P&C agenda for BU Nordic and help shape the organization needed for the energy transition.

As Director People & Culture Nordic, you will lead our small People & Culture team and act as partner to our senior leaders. You will translate business strategy into people priorities, lead development management and transformation, and ensure strong operational delivery.

You will:

• Lead, engage and develop the P&C team.
• Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent and performance.
• Lead organizational development, transformation and change initiatives across countries and business areas.
• Coach and challenge leaders to strengthen leadership, culture and business outcomes.
• Drive and support the execution of key P&C processes, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement across the business.
• Act as Business partner to our Business Unit MT.

Qualifications

You are an experienced People & Culture leader who combines strategic perspective with hands-on delivery. You build trust, navigate complexity and bring people together.

You bring:

• Proven experience leading People & Culture professionals in an international environment.
• Senior HR Business Partner experience
• Deep knowledge and experience from P&C processes and duties.
• A strong track record in organizational transformation and change.
• Strong business acumen, coaching and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience from complex matrix organizations.
• A relevant university degree and excellent English and Swedish is required.
