What you will do

As Director Digital Experience, you will play a pivotal role in defining how technology enables Volvo Financial Services to operate as a modern, scaled, and customer centric sales and marketing organization. You will be responsible for shaping the digital engagement strategy, and related roadmap, that allows the business to operate as a single global system, personalize at scale, and adapt faster than market and consumer shifts.

• Own the digital experience vision, roadmap, and prioritization using a project management approacho Define and drive the global strategy aligned to business goalso Translate company objectives into a clear, actionable roadmap across functionso Lead development of business cases and associated investments for initiatives• Lead a team to analyze, design and optimize business processes specifically related to customer interactions and dealer engagement to improve digital experience and overall business performance.• Partner with D&IT to develop resource plans for roadmap initiatives and develop predictable deliverable dates• Work with D&IT to execute against the roadmap while maintaining business ownership of priorities• Establish ways of working that promote continuous learning, fast feedback cycles and scalable delivery, allowing the business to adapt quickly while reusing proven approaches.• Represent VFS in Volvo Group forums and Business Area strategic initiatives to build integrated, seamless and intuitive experiences for dealers and customers• Structure the digital experience ways of working by establishing strong governance frameworks and communication strategies - establish best practices, standards and processes for digital experience• Prepare and present reports on the digital experience team's progress and performance to senior leaders• Contribute through active and directional ways to our overall ambition to become a true customer company
