Build what's next in Clinical Advisory. Epista Life Science is growing our US clinical advisory and delivery capability, and we are looking for a senior leader who can do more than manage programs.
We are looking for someone who can advise clients, lead complex clinical transformation work, mentor consultants, shape delivery standards, and help build a scalable clinical practice in a growing US business.
This role sits at the intersection of clinical operations, clinical systems, consulting leadership, and business growth. It is ideal for someone who has deep experience in Clinical Operations, CTMS, TMF/eTMF, clinical data, and Veeva platforms - and who enjoys turning complexity into practical, fit-for-purpose solutions for life sciences clients.

The Director, Clinical Advisory & Delivery - US will serve as a senior clinical advisory leader and delivery executive for client engagements across the clinical development and regulatory ecosystem.
You will lead strategic programs, guide clients through transformation, support business development, and develop high-performing teams. You will also help shape Epista's US clinical advisory offerings, delivery methods, and internal capabilities as we continue to grow. This is a role for a leader who can operate at both levels: strategic enough to advise executives, and practical enough to help teams get the work done well.
This role will help strengthen Epista's voice and presence in the US clinical advisory market.

Lead Clinical Advisory & Delivery You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients across clinical operations, TMF, CTMS, clinical data, and Veeva-enabled environments. You will lead complex, multi-workstream programs such as:
You will be accountable for delivery excellence, ensuring engagements are well-structured, compliant, on time, on budget, and aligned to client needs.
Bring Deep Clinical and Systems Expertise You will bring subject matter expertise across clinical operations and clinical technology ecosystems, including:
Lead Teams and Develop Talent You will lead, coach, and mentor delivery teams across multiple client engagements. This includes:

- 10+ years of experience in life sciences, clinical operations, clinical systems, or related consulting environments
- Deep expertise in clinical operations, CTMS, TMF/eTMF, and clinical data processes
- Hands-on experience with CTMS and eTMF implementation, optimization, or transformation work
- Experience with Veeva Vault Clinical, Veeva TMF, Veeva CTMS, or similar validated clinical platforms
- Proven success leading complex, multi-workstream programs
- Experience managing or mentoring consulting teams
- Strong client-facing advisory experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, functional leaders, and delivery teams
