As an experienced professional, you will focus on project management, business development, relationship management, and developing thought leadership. You will have your own tasks and responsibilities which accelerate your learning curve. You will also be challenged to innovate, try out new things, fail and learn. That is the way how we develop ourselves and our teams at Capgemini Invent.We are looking for experienced professionals in Digital Procurement:The Procurement Transformation team is working on several classical topics in the Procurement domain:

• Category management & sourcing
• Supplier management & collaboration
• Supply risk management
• Procurement operating model design & implementation

However, we want to become the best in the market if it comes to Sustainable Procurement andDigital Procurement. For the latter capability, we are looking for experienced and talented professionals that has the ambition to co-develop and lead this capability. We partner with several global S2P platform providers (Ivalua, Coupa and SAP Ariba) and help our clients to digitize and transform Procurement. But Digital Procurement goes beyond the implementation of procurement platforms working on topics like predictive analytics, RPA, process mining and AI & Machine Learning, but also emerging technology related to blockchain, virtual reality and metaverse. Building partnerships and an ecosystem of technology partners is central part of the role. Is this all carved in stone? Which topic do you want to work on?What mindset, behavior and skills do we expect from you:For this position, we look for new colleagues at Manager and Senior Manager level. Our expectations per level differ, but what our people have in common:

• Experienced consultant. We expect at least 6 to 12 years of experience in management consulting
• Passion for procurement and, more specifically, experience with procurement technology
• Moderate to significant experience in the selection and implementation of Ivalua, Coupa or SAP Ariba. We are looking for management consultants that can help our client to leverage the full potential of technology. We are not looking for configuration and technical consultants
• Good understanding of emerging technology in the Procurement domain
• Share interest to develop an ecosystem of start-up and innovative service providers
• Project management experience
• Analytical, curious, brave and proactive, a team player combined with pragmatism
• A Master's degree from a top university
• Fluency in English, Swedish is an advantage
