CloudRAN PEU EE&S pipeline services team leads the way in providing the best developer experience and making continuous delivery of Cloud RAN value to customers possible. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevSecOps Product Owner to lead the development and implementation of secure software delivery practices within our organization. The ideal candidate will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of DevSecOps initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that security is integrated into every stage of the software development lifecycle.
The pipeline services team is intended for developing, maintaining, and supporting CI/CD infrastructure, CI/CD flows, data visualization, and security to support the development of cloud-native applications which are built using container technology and orchestrated using Kubernetes. This new development methodology aligns Ericsson with the industry direction, enabling faster time to market through instant reuse, and collaboration and providing an opportunity for early alignment across Ericsson applications.
We are now looking for a Product Owner to be part of a state-of-the-art pipeline service. We are organized in a cross-functional multi-domain and globally distributed team in which we foster continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing. Your mission as a PO is to streamline the day-to-day work by owning the prioritized backlog aligning with various stakeholders and representing the team at various forums. Main interfaces: Strategic Product Managers, System Architects, DevOps Teams & Line Management, Scrum Masters, and Customers.
What you will do
• Agile team member, primarily responsible for improving the value delivered by the team by ensuring that the team backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborates closely with Product Management on the product vision and strategy.
• Handles functional and non-functional requirements.
• Maintains and prioritizes the team backlog.
• Leads the team backlog refinement, iteration planning (with the support of stream leads), and elaboration of user stories.
• Ensures the team delivers the features in the Release Plan on time and within budget.
• Defines the service scope and Service Level Agreement (SLA) with our suppliers.
• Understands and optimizes the product's Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Creates and maintains product information (PPM, IT Service Catalog, PRIM, system documentation, release notes and end-user documentation).
• Secures visibility with proper communication, and keeps contact with the stakeholders and users.
• Contributes to a collaborative and stimulating work environment.

You will bring
• Education: University degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or similar relevant field.
• Minimum years of experience: 5 years working as a Product Owner (knowledge of Product Management and Product Development Lifecycle).
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
• Strong customer/stakeholder engagement skills and team management.
• Consistent track record of working effectively in team environments by demonstrating the ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals and deliver quality results.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good understanding of budget planning, resource planning and delivery execution.
• Experience in one or more of the following is an asset: Cloud Infrastructure, SaaS, Security & Privacy, DevOps, and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.
