Job DescriptionRole Mission
The Territory Account Manager performs revenue creating and commercial activities associated with the development of an assigned portfolio of customers related to assigned Product Groups (HHS, FRS, MOB) and territory. This role oversees and manages negotiations with assigned customers, ensuring individual sales quotas achievement, clients' satisfaction and solid long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the assigned product portfolio and develop the business withing the territory assigned;
- Define accounts development plan by Product Group and territory, performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers/territories;
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers, communicating the benefits of Datalogic's products in order to drive sales (often visiting clients and prospects);
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and achieve assigned targets within schedule;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, developing trusted advisor relationships with key customers' stakeholders to ensure present and future sales;
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs, assisting with challenging requests and escalating issues as needed;
- Identify, classify and manage Leads/Opportunities/Alliances assigning the right priority to the sales activities;
- Maintain accurate client records and punctual CRM status updates, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, marketing or other related degrees (preferable);
- Language: Swedish as primary; English, (business level).
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in Technical Sales preferably gained in our industry, selling AIDC/IA devices and solutions;
