What you'll do as a Sales Manager:
- Drive the growth of the data centre sector across the Nordics, identifying and converting new market opportunities.
- Shape and execute a high-impact sales strategy in partnership with Marketing to accelerate revenue and market presence.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team, embedding a strong, results-driven culture aligned to the Aggreko Sales Leadership Blueprint.
- Provide clear oversight of the sales pipeline, leveraging CRM insights to deliver accurate forecasting and proactive decision-making.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers, positioning Aggreko as a trusted long-term partner.
- Deliver and exceed financial targets, ensuring sustained growth within the data centre sector.
- Play a critical role within the European Commercial Leadership Team, influencing regional strategy and driving cross-market success.
What you'll bring:
- Strong expertise in the data centre sector or energy rental industry.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of success in a commercial leadership or senior sales role.
- Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, translating market knowledge into actionable, results-driven plans.
- Exhibit strong leadership capability, with experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Be highly customer-focused, with the ability to build credibility and long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders.
