Beskrivning

Scania is undergoing a transformation from being a leading supplier of trucks, buses, and engines to providing complete and sustainable transport solutions. Together with TRATON and our sister brands MAN, Volkswagen Truck & Bus, and International, we are working to shape the future of mobility with innovative and environmentally conscious solutions.

Our values - customer first, respect, team spirit, responsibility, and elimination of waste - are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we are at the forefront of creating a sustainable future.

Role Summary

As Business & Project Analyst, you will support the development and transformation of P&C Service Operations and our global Knowledge Centre organisation. You will analyse operational, financial, workforce and service data and translate your findings into clear recommendations. The role includes developing business cases and assessing new or changed services to support fact-based decisions and sustainable implementation. This is a global role, and we welcome candidates from different locations within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and prepare clear recommendations and decision material.

  • Develop business cases, cost-benefit assessments and financial and resource scenarios.

  • Assess service scope, volumes, complexity, capabilities, dependencies, costs and expected benefits.

  • Analyse workforce capacity and operational performance to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.

  • Develop dashboards and management reports and coordinate input across functions, Knowledge Centres and programme teams.

Who You Are

  • At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, controlling, consulting, shared services, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with data analysis, reporting, and decision-support materials.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and engage with stakeholders in an international environment.
  • A relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with Power BI is considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of P&C, transformation initiatives, service implementation, or shared service operations is beneficial.

This Is Us

You will join Program Delivery within P&C Service Operations and work closely with our global programme, functions and Knowledge Centres. Together, we develop scalable and sustainable services for Scania's global P&C organisation. We work in an international and collaborative environment where analysis and insights directly support business decisions and future ways of working.

Scania Offers

We offer a dynamic and engaging workplace where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are part of everyday life. You will be part of a strong team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and close cooperation across functions.

With a structured development plan and a wide range of training opportunities, Scania supports your professional growth both locally and internationally.

Benefits include access to our health center in Gröndal or a wellness allowance, result bonus, flexible working hours, and company car leasing.
