We are looking for an experienced Creative Lead to join our Brand Team as we set out to redefine the sky, again. Get on board the rich history of one of Scandinavia's most iconic brands and ensure the next leg of our journey becomes our most successful yet.

Our Brand Team is responsible for brand strategy, visual and communicative expression, product and service conceptualization and brand activations.

As Creative Lead you will lead a team of highly skilled and talented creatives. You will be responsible for the development and management of SAS' creative expression. You will work collaboratively across the organization to ensure effective communication and creative cohesiveness across all platforms and throughout the customer journey. You will work to maintain SAS position as Scandinavia's most preferred airline by driving brand related KPIs and Net Promotor Score (NPS).

Main Resposibilities:

• Lead SAS' in-house creative agency delivering communication concepts, marketing material and product design
• Provide leadership and mentoring to employees in reporting chain, utilizing best practices as a people manager and organizational leader as well as attracting new talent
• Create and foster a creative, efficient and collaborative team spirit
• Manage budget, prioritize projects and work with stakeholders across the organization
• Set the creative communication and design strategy for SAS
• Lead the development and execution of an omnichannel creative direction and design strategy across every touchpoint of the customer journey including, but not limited to airport experiences, onboard experience, digital experiences as well as marketing campaigns and brand collaborations
• Manage and evolve the visual identity and tone of voice of SAS
• Identify, negotiate with and manage relevant agencies and vendors

Qualifications and requirements

This job is for someone who:

• Is a seasoned creative with a strong portfolio
• Has a deep understanding for how brands grow
• Is result-oriented and focused on effective creative expressions
• Is flexible, innovative and creative
• Has proven leadership skills

Education etc.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, design, communications or work experience and qualifications corresponding to these programs
• Minimum of one Scandinavian language fluently, as well as ability to speak and write proficiently in English
• Minimum 8 years relevant work experience
