Country Manager, Sweden

OnlineFundraising is looking for a Country Manager with a focus on Sweden and the wider Nordic region.

This is a new role in our team and a great opportunity for someone who wants to use their fundraising experience to develop markets, build relationships and help organisations improve their fundraising results.

OnlineFundraising is an online payment platform that makes it easy and secure to receive donations and memberships regardless of payment method and recruitment channel: on the website, in telemarketing, and on the street. Our product automatically handles a payment from the moment it is received until it is collected, freeing up our customers' time.

About the role
As Country Manager, you will become a central part of OnlineFundraising's sales and communication team. Your main focus will be Sweden, but the role will also include work with organisations in other Nordic countries.

You will work in close dialogue with our Danish office and play an important role in building our presence and relationships across the Nordics. The role includes consulting, sales, communication and market development.

As this is a newly created role we will shape it together with the right person. This means that you will have a real influence on your tasks, priorities and ways of working.

Some travel activity should be expected, especially in Sweden, Denmark and the rest of the Nordic region.

Who we are looking for

• We are looking for a person with at least 3 years of experience from a non-profit organisation, preferably with private donor fundraising.
• You understand how fundraising works in practice, and you have a good understanding of donor behaviour, campaigns and the daily reality of non-profit organisations.
• It is an advantage if you have experience with marketing, communication or campaign planning. Experience with sales is also an advantage, but it is not a requirement.
• As we build software, you should be comfortable with using and advising on software.
• Most importantly, you are curious, good at building relationships and motivated by helping organisations work smarter with fundraising.

Most likely you will work from home from Stockholm, but you are welcome to suggest other arrangements.
