THE ROLE
As the Nordic Country Manager, you will be the strategic catalyst for Pure Storage's "lightspeed" growth across the region. You will lead a high-performing multi-functional team, serving as a talent magnet and culture carrier to embed our values into every local operation. Reporting to the EMEA Leadership team, your mission is to transform our regional market presence through executive-level engagement and a sophisticated channel ecosystem.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Scale and Inspire: Architect a world-class sales organization by recruiting top-tier talent and fostering a high-performance culture that reflects Pure's authentic values.
- Drive Strategic Growth: Deliver predictable business results, including annual bookings goals and new logo production, while maintaining a rigorous 4X pipeline to ensure long-term territory health.
- Lead the Ecosystem: Orchestrate the "extended" Pure team-including SEs, Channel Managers, and Inside Sales-to execute complex on-premise and cloud sales strategies.
- Cultivate Partnerships: Build and maintain high-impact relationships with channel partner principals and leadership teams to expand our market reach and influence.
- Operational Excellence: Lead through data-driven performance management, utilizing analytical skills and CRM tools to optimize sales activity, forecast accuracy, and POC management.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Visionary Leadership: A proven ability to lead technology sales teams with a charismatic and persuasive style that inspires collective achievement.
- Strategic Sales Expertise: Mastery of the IT infrastructure landscape, with the ability to navigate highly competitive environments and engage effectively at the C-Suite level.
- Collaborative Influence: Exceptional interpersonal skills to align internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization and lead cooperative efforts across functional boundaries.
- Bilingual Communication: Mastery of English and business-fluent Swedish is required to effectively articulate Pure's value proposition to a diverse regional audience.
- Operational Rigor: A process-oriented mindset with the ability to identify root causes, solve complex problems, and manage multiple strategic priorities simultaneously.
- Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Stockholm office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
