We want to strengthen our service sales by hiring a salesperson with an interest in technical solutions and a natural drive for one of our mainofficesinStockholm,Malmöor Gothenburg. In our repairs department, we work proactively and efficiently with sales of repair solutions to customers across the country.
KONE is a well-regarded market leader in Elevator & Escalator industry, known for being a professional and trustworthy partner both internally and externally. In this role, you will have the opportunity to independently develop and grow existing customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations based on technical information
- Coordinate and act as a link between internal stakeholders
- Ensure quality throughout the tendering process and follow up on cases as needed
- Work efficiently in our systems and contribute to improving ways of working, we mainly use SAP and Salesforce
- Support daily operations with timely and accurate information
Qualifications
- You understand how to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- You recognize the importance of excellent customer service and maintain a high service level
- You are comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in technical sales or technical customer service is an advantage
- You are fluent in Swedish and have good English skills
