Your contribution to something big

We are seeking a driven and skilled professional to take responsibility for the profitability development of the Business Team PAL (L/W segment) within the Business Unit Electric Solutions. In this role, you will support the Business Owner with all economic matters and play a vital role in steering the team's success.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Defining and tracking measures to achieve target profitability and drive profitable growth for the Business Team. Derive actions with Business Owner and Business Team to reach long-term profitability, including inputs from financial and product cost benchmark.
• Supporting Product Development Projects, providing profitability calculations and economic analyses during the process and after-market launch. Managing fixed cost budgets in the R&D area.
• Acting as the commercial sparring partner for the Business Owner and the Business Team, collaborating closely with colleagues in product management, Controlling, Development, and Sales, and increase financial awareness of stakeholders.
• Serving as the key contact for all economic matters within the Sales Region North Europe for Electric Solutions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with international leaders and stakeholders from Product, Central, and Sales areas.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you

We are looking for a team player with strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. You should be able to work independently and responsibly, with a process- and performance-oriented approach. An analytical and structured working style is essential for success in this role. While travel is infrequent (approximately 5% of the time), the role requires a willingness to travel when needed.

Additionally, the following qualifications are required:

• Education: A completed master's degree in international economics or a similar field, ideally with a focus on Finance and Controlling.
• Experience: 3-5 years of expertise in Controlling.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of CRS, SAP BW, and HC IT infrastructure is an advantage.
• Languages: Excellent written and verbal English skills are required. Knowledge of Swedish and/or German is an advantage.
