About the role
In this role, you'll be working hands om with the P&L and provide senior management with insights about the financial performance. You will be working with all kinds of topics on the CFO agenda - from pure number crunching and financial reporting of our Nordic and Life business to analysing a new accounting principle or how a new business decision will affect how we follow the business. You'll thereby play a vital role in forming the future CFO organization and driving the way forward in an increasingly digitalized and high paced environment.

About the team
The Corporate Control team is a part of the CFO organization and collaborates closely with the business areas and other corporate functions across If. You will be a part of a highly skilled and talented team of controllers, where we share knowledge and ideas to continuously stay ahead and help each other succeed along the way. As a team, we strive to be the preferred centre of contact for financial and key business performance related topics and thanks to our central role and many touch points spanning all the way into the core business, we are in a good position to know a little about a lot and to tie it all together. Being a relatively small team, often with tight deadlines, we appreciate a flexible mindset, and we help each other out wherever needed.

You have the ability to deal with complexity, simplify and clarify topics and drive focused execution of tasks - big and small. You don't wait for an assignment to come to you but see what needs to be done and come up with ideas on how to do it. You pay attention to the important details to ensure reliable deliveries of highest quality.

- Relevant academic/university degree
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience from the insurance industry, preferably experienced with the P&L and BS.
- Experience from project management and structured problem solving
- Ability to translate data and analysis into solid insights presented in a pedagogical way
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience of Cognos Controller is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Swedish
