Strong PLC/DCS, automation and process-control background

Strong HMI/SCADA and WinCC experience

Extensive commissioning, troubleshooting and production-support experience

Experience with machine and process control, PID and industrial automation

Strong industrial networking experience including PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Modbus/Modbus TCP and OPC UA

Experience with ABB, Siemens and Danfoss drives, including drive commissioning

Strong instrumentation, I/O allocation, loop descriptions and P&ID experience

Experienced in functional descriptions, wiring diagrams and technical documentation

Strong customer-facing experience and technical project delivery

Experience leading automation subcontractors, suppliers and installation teams

Experience coordinating OT/IT interfaces and PLC–MES communication

Hands-on PLC/HMI programming and modifications

Experience implementing OPC UA communication between MES and PLC systems
