Job Description:
Are you looking to use your commercial understanding, communication skills, and pharma industry experience?

Can you see yourself in a coordinating and enabling role, supporting our Nordic Sales team in marketing Ferring products across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland?

Ferring Pharmaceuticals is a research-driven, specialty biopharmaceutical group active in global markets. We have operating subsidiaries in nearly 60 countries and market our products in 110 countries.

In this core function, you will assist our sales team in establishing and maintaining internal and external cooperation with our partners. Additionally, you will support administrative procedures and ensure our work aligns with regional requirements, local and global SOPs, and legislation.

Ferring + you

Joining our Nordic Reproductive Medicine (RM) team, you will report to the Business Unit Director of Reproductive Medicine & Maternal Health (RMMH), based at Ferring Nordic's commercial office in the central part of Malmö.

You will collaborate closely with our six Key Account Managers, a Product Manager, and our Nordics Sales Manager. By supporting your colleagues with, e.g., agreements, localizations, and material approval, you will help drive efficient progress in defined leadership initiatives. You will also lead the development of disease awareness material (such as downloads and iPad presentations).

Your day at Ferring

Your workday will be highly variable, as you will support the sales team in establishing and maintaining internal and external cooperation with partners and handling customer requests and support.

One of your goals will be to enable the execution of all meetings within the Nordic markets by ensuring everything is aligned according to processes and timeliness, and that compliance is met in all activities leading up to the events.

Your day-to-day tasks include (but are not limited to):
  • Coordinating meetings, conferences, and congresses - including handling travel arrangements for the business unit and customers (where appropriate)
  • Preparing, coordinating, and following up on agreements and projects with customers and stakeholders, such as hotels and venues
  • Supporting the business unit with the CRM systems and other tools that facilitate their work
  • Proactively following up on project budgets
  • Coordinating the development of promotional materials both internally and with external agencies

  • hold a diploma or university degree in marketing or administration
  • have several years of experience in a similar role in the pharma industry
  • have previous experience with and knowledge of compliance in the pharma industry
  • can confidently work in various CRM systems
  • have excellent verbal and written English skills
