Abot the role

As CIO Office Analyst, yo will spport the CIO Office and IT Leadership Team with analytical spport, strategic insights, exective commnication material, and decision-spport content. Yo will transform complex information into clear insights, compelling presentations, and recommendations that enable better decisions and stronger exection across AAK's global IT organization.

The role combines analytical thinking, bsiness nderstanding, and strong commnication skills, working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and organizational development. Yo will spport a broad range of strategic and operational topics and gain significant exposre to senior IT leadership.

This is a global individal contribtor role within AAK's CIO Office, reporting to the Head of CIO Office. The role has no direct reports or bdget responsibility. Yo may participate in strategic initiatives, bt will not initially lead projects.

Responsibilities

As CIO Office Analyst, yor main tasks and responsibilities will be:
• Develop high-qality exective presentations, decision material, and commnication packages for the CIO and IT Leadership Team, translating complex topics into clear and compelling stories for senior adiences.
• Spport strategic investigations, initiatives, and projects with analysis, research, bsiness cases, options assessments, and recommendations that enable informed decision-making.
• Analyze data and information to identify insights, trends, and improvement opportnities, translating findings into clear key messages and strctred visal narratives.
• Spport IT governance processes, inclding preparation of management meetings, portfolio reporting, strategic initiative tracking, and performance follow-p.
• Continosly improve CIO Office processes, templates, and ways of working, contribting to stronger transparency, alignment, and exection qality across IT. Abot yo

To be sccessfl in the role yo need:
• Experience working in a strategy, transformation, conslting, CIO Office, PMO, or similar analytical and commnication-oriented role.
• Strong ability to create professional presentations, exective commnication material, and compelling visal storytelling, with excellent PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to trn complex information into actionable insights, inclding experience performing analysis and spporting decision-making.
• Good bsiness nderstanding and the ability to connect technology topics with bsiness vale and strategic priorities.
• A strctred, crios, and proactive working style, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent commnication skills in English, both written and verbal. Experience in an international or matrix organization is considered an advantage.
