Team/Role Overview:

The role requires focus on day-to-day execution of specific TTS Client Operations functions to support our client base in Denmark, Norway and Sweden as well as banks and other third parties in an efficient and timely manner to ensure cohesive execution.

The successful candidate will have a strong customer service and operational focus and will provide an integrated value-added service to our clients. The role will require the successful candidate to form effective working relationships with Centralized Client Operations teams, Clients and stakeholders - Product, Technology, and Coverage etc.

What you'll do:

• Set-up and maintenance of accounts and clearing products at Swedish ACH (Bankgirot) , Norwegian ACH (NETS) and Danish ACH ( NETS/BEC) level.
• Reconciliation of external local 3rd party Bank accounts & internal accounts
• External Bank enquiries
• Support of Nordic regulatory and TTS product related operational changes
• Direct debit reviews
• Internal queries from partners
• Strong focus on risk and control functions

What we'll need from you:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent, 3-5 years of experience in banking operations
• High attention to detail
• Self-motivated individual
• Ability to organize own work and manage time
• Flexible and adaptable approach to a constantly changing work environment
• Ability to create a network and to closely work together with other Citi units,external providers or branches.
• Experience in outsourcing controls
• Ability to work as part of a small team
