Our clients are some of the world's biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden's largest truck-dedicated public charging network and we continue to expand.

Your mission when joining the Solution EMEA team at Einride will be to analyze customers' transport demand to identify the most suitable scope for electrification, design transport solutions and build long term transformation road maps. You will team up with colleagues within the team and also collaborate with several other parts of the company. In your daily work you will leverage smart tools and constantly seek to expand your skill set with advanced analysis methods.

You will

• Analyse transport data to identify electrification opportunities and develop short- to long-term electrification roadmaps for Einride customers
• Design and optimize electric transport solutions, in close cross functional collaboration
• Calculate business cases and develop presentations and reports that tell a compelling story
• Provide insights and recommendations by identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Support customer discussions with senior stakeholders
• Contribute to the constant development of the team's processes, tooling and way of working

We expect you to:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or similar
• 1+ years' experience post graduation in consulting, finance, or relevant experience in other quantitative role in a high growth start up
• Highly analytical and data driven, with ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Self starter with demonstrated conceptual thinking skills
• Team player working effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Strong interest in topics including e-mobility, transport, logistics, supply chain, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with building and maintaining business case models is highly advantageous
• Highly comfortable in a data-centric environment, with proven experience using Python, R, or similar data analysis tools to solve complex problems
• Acquainted with and eager to learn more in how to apply major GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT/Codex and Gemini in daily work

This is a full-time position based Stockholm or Gothenburg.
