Business Analyst in SEB Life & Pension Stockholm

About the role

We are looking for a proactive business analyst to join our team within SEB Life & Pension. You will play a key role in driving our implementation of a new insurance administrating core system ensuring that we have an aligned customer output process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage XML output and streamline the integration of new products into new and existing output flows.
• Analyze XML output regarding business usage and customer output.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with product specialist, projects and IT developers.
• Document and oversee release changes that effects output flow to maintain operational efficiency.
• Support migration adjustments and ensure effective customer output.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have
• Proven experience as a business analyst in the insurance or financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of XML and insurance-related processes.
• Experience with release management, system migrations, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Technical and analytical mindset with excellent communication skills (Swedish and English).
• If you have been working with Lumera as a core insurance administration system, it is of great relevance.
