Join a close-knit team of five colleagues within Tenderdesk Sweden, where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work. Working closely with Bid Managers, a Tender Coordinator, and stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and other support functions, you will have the opportunity to influence how the team develops its processes, tools, and ways of working while contributing to some of Dustin's most important tender opportunities.

Your role & influence as Bid Manager

Responsibility :

You will be given responsibility for leading strategic tender projects from qualification through submission, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals that support Dustin's growth while coordinating stakeholders across the business.

Collaboration :

Together with your team, you take care of delivering high-quality, compliant, and competitive tender responses that help Dustin win strategic business opportunities. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments such as Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and other internal support functions to ensure successful outcomes.

Core activities:

• Lead assigned tender projects from kickoff to submission, ensuring compliance with requirements, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
• Coordinate and engage stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and other functions to develop compelling and competitive tender responses.
• Write and refine bid content, provide structured handovers for won tenders, and evaluate unsuccessful bids to drive continuous improvement.

We envision you as a curious and driven individual who combines strong stakeholder management skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach to delivering high-quality tender responses in complex environments.

Additionally, it's important that:

• You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
• You bring several years of experience leading complex bids, tenders, proposals, or similar cross-functional business opportunities.
• You have strong knowledge of public procurement law (LOU) and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are skilled at coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and driving projects to completion with a high level of quality and accuracy.
