Your Mission
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Management Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our bid operations, ensuring that the administrative and developmental aspects of our tender processes run like clockwork. You are not just a coordinator; you are a tech-savvy communicator who can translate customer requirements into compelling demonstrations and accurate documentation. Core responsibilities
Your primary mission is to streamline the bid lifecycle, from initial market reviews to the final submission.
  • Bid Coordination & Admin: Manage the administrative workflow of bid activities, ensuring all documentation is organised, deadlines are met, and internal stakeholders are aligned.
  • RFI & Market Reviews: Lead the preparation and drafting of responses for Requests for Information (RFIs) and market reviews, ensuring our value proposition is clearly articulated.
  • Customer Demos: Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations based on specific customer requirements, showcasing how our solutions solve their unique pain points.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between sales, product, and technical teams. You will translate internal requests and technical specifications into actionable bid content.
  • Data-driven Accuracy: Maintain high standards of data integrity across all bid documents, ensuring that every answer provided is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with tender requirements.
Required qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess a blend of structured project management skills and technical aptitude.
  • Proven experience with bid or tender management.
  • Ability to execute at pace and maintain high quality in an evolving, fast-moving environment.
  • Good understanding of tender management processes.
  • A natural interest in technology and the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate software solutions.
  • Proficiency in Norwegian and/or Swedish language is required to manage regional tenders and communicate effectively with local stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for internal collaboration and documentation.
Preferred qualifications
  • Training in Bid Management or a background in Project Management.
  • "Self-Starter" mentality, you don't wait for instructions; you identify gaps, ask the right questions, and take initiative.
  • A genuine interest in navigating the unique challenges and regulatory frameworks of the public sector.
  • A curious mind that enjoys digging into the "why" behind customer requirements to provide better solutions.
