Your responsibilities
- Being the point of contact towards external civil designer for all topics related to auxiliary systems.
- Participate in the Plant Design tender team meetings. When required, participate in customer meetings and in relevant design review meetings.
- Responsible for the engineering budget estimated for the Auxiliary Systems in tender process.
- Responsible for the Material budget estimated for the Auxiliary Systems in tender process.
- Ensure that the Auxiliary System scope and cost are aligned.
- Lead and track the review of time schedule related to auxiliary systems activities for the project execution phase.
- Estimate risks/opportunities and communicate it to the tender management.
Your background
- To ensure the delivery of the bill of quantities (BoQ) of auxiliray systems in the tender phase.
- Have a good understanding of HVDC design
- Secure input data and evaluate impact/consequences based on the change management process if input data is changed. Document changes in a traceable way and follow up that the design is done accordingly.
- Review the tender document list (TDL) and customer document list (CDL).
- Review the auxiliary systems deliveries to secure the quality.
