Here you will work with managing smaller projects and coordinating different activities within our Customer Service - Parts and Logistics organization. We are a diverse team of professionals working within areas such as IS/IT applications, support and project management for our service organization. Your responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the execution of small projects and activities within the field of business development, digitalization, and operational improvements.
  • Monitor project plan including resources, budget, risks etc.
  • Ensure execution according to best practices and policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.

Your background

  • Bachelor- or master's degree within Engineering, Business, IS/IT or other relevant field
  • 2 years' work experience
  • Excellence in Excel and other Microsoft office applications.
  • SAP, Master Data and IS/IT knowledge is meritorious.
  • Conceptual thinking, drive, result-oriented and being able to see the whole picture.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish is a must, written and spoken alike.
