Beskrivning

Company Description

We are Analysys Mason, the award-winning specialist management consultancy for technology-intensive industries. We help clients make high stakes technology decisions with confidence, and we turn those decisions into action.

Our sector expertise includes telecoms, digital infrastructure, software, IT services, space, defence, manufacturing and logistics.

Since 1985 we have grown to 450+ professionals across 20 offices in 14 countries, and our experts have delivered work in more than 140 countries. We built our reputation on deep analytical insight and advanced economic modelling.

Over more than four decades, Analysys Mason has evolved into a trusted adviser to businesses, investors and governments worldwide. Our experts deliver high-impact results and transformative change across our clients' most critical strategic, regulatory, technology, transaction and transformation initiatives.

Our vision is to be the leading authority and catalyst for digital change, connectivity and inclusion. We help businesses, governments and investors use technology to create a world that is more connected, competitive, sustainable and secure.

Job Description

Our early careers opportunities have a strong record of establishing early career foundations and developing well-rounded industry skills in our Associate Consultants.

You will work on a diverse mix of international projects with the best-known brands in the industry, applying our deep domain expertise and methodology to solve complex business issues.

You will attend our comprehensive training programme where you will learn essential consulting skills and industry knowledge through courses, networking and teamwork.

After completing the training, you will join project teams and provide strategic advice and high-quality analysis on all aspects of strategy planning, transaction support, regulation and policy while continuing your professional development. Our international client base means you will have opportunities to work with colleagues and clients across different countries, with travel depending on the needs of each project.

Because our project teams are small, you will regularly get direct exposure to our world-class experts, not only in your office, but also across our global locations. You will receive hands-on mentoring from experienced members of the team, including our Partners.

Our culture is collaborative and team-oriented. You will work in project teams and contribute directly to client deliverables from an early stage, taking ownership of research, analysis and problem-solving as you develop your consulting skills. This provides a steep learning curve and structured career progression.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • conducting high-quality research
  • offering quantitative and qualitative analysis of that research
  • gathering and interpreting numerical data
  • using the latest AI tools alongside traditional research and analytical methods
  • modelling and forecasting using various pieces of software
  • presenting your main findings in written, graphical and live form
  • contributing to proposal creation and client meetings
  • collaborating with other teams across our global locations
  • developing deep sector knowledge
  • and more.

Qualifications

If you are a problem-solver who is critical and analytical in your approach, then this is the right job for you.

You must have graduated by September 2027, or earlier, and you must have a degree from any academic background (including STEM, Humanities and others) from a top tier university.

You must enjoy working with numbers as we are a quantitative data-driven business. You should also be curious about emerging technologies, including AI, and interested in how they can be used to approach problems in new and effective ways.

As long as you are keen to learn about the sectors, you do not need to have an industry background. As a matter of fact, many of our consultants only became experts after joining us.

You must be fluent in Swedish and English.

Additional Information

On top of an exciting opportunity, we offer many attractive benefits, including:
  • annual bonus
  • 25 days of annual leave
  • employer pension contribution
  • enhanced maternity leave
  • enhanced family leave (paternity, adoption, shared, etc)
  • private health and dental care
  • mental wellbeing app
  • flexible working
  • your birthday off
  • stepped career progression
  • continuous training for professional and personal development
  • career coaching programmes
  • volunteering days
  • Cycle-to-work scheme.

We are proud to be an equal-opportunities employer and ensure fair work practices for all our employees, clients, candidates and other associated persons.
