We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager (Substitute / Vikariat) to join and help lead our team at NK Stockholm for 3 months.

As Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing an energetic, vibrant team to drive the profitability of your store. As well as supporting your colleagues with a hands-on approach, you're somebody who is eager to learn, takes accountability and responsibility. Someone who thrives in an innovative and expanding organization. While we seek engagement and passion from our members, we offer support to you from our offices (including People & Culture, Finance, Operations, and Brand) as well as your in-store team.
The responsibilities of an Assistant Store Manager include, but are not limited to:
Support the Store Manager in driving sales targets, KPIs, and operational profitability
Drive CRM, clienteling, and train team members on brand storytelling
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
Assist with daily store administration, rota planning, inventory counts, and reporting.
Engaging with our Stockholm community on a daily basis and through our events in-store.
As part of the Axel Arigato management team you are expected to lead by example and:
Embody and uphold the Axel Arigato brand culture and DROP values on the shop floor.
Support, coach, and train your team to become the best versions of themselves
Work closely with management to ensure the right communication flow
ARE YOU THE ONE?
We seek someone with most of the following:
Prior (assistant) management experience in retail. Experience with high-end retail brands is an advantage.
Passionate about Axel Arigato products and brand.
Great leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills and strong selling techniques.
Self-motivated and can take initiative and open for development.
Have a humble approach and contribute to a good team spirit.
Willing to work flexible hours and availability as per business needs.
