We are recruiting registered nurses for permanent full-time positions within municipal healthcare services in Western Norway.
The positions are connected to nursing homes and home-based care services, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients and contribute to safe, high-quality healthcare services.
The workplace is beautifully located between fjords, high mountains and spectacular scenery. The area offers excellent opportunities for outdoor activities throughout the year, while still providing easy access to a larger town within approximately 40 minutes by car.

Your responsibilities
Clinical nursing in home care, nursing homes or assisted living facilities
Observation, assessment, medication management and accurate documentation
Follow-up of patients with diverse medical conditions and functional levels
Collaboration with relatives, coordinating units and external partners
Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, therapists and other health professionals
Contributing to service development, improvement work and quality assurance
We are looking for nurses who:
Hold a valid nursing authorization from an EU/EEA country
Previous experience in home care services or nursing homes is preferred
Be proficient with basic computer skills, necessary for modern healthcare environments
Speak and write English fluently
Motivated to learn Norwegian
Hold a bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
Hold a category B driving licence
Personal qualities:
Responsible, structured and solution oriented
Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
Flexible and comfortable with varied tasks
Motivated to contribute to a small but highly competent interdisciplinary team
