Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end - from talking to stakeholders to writing code to watching it go live.
- Work across the full stack and integrate AI capabilities into real product surfaces.
- Help define how we build as the team grows.
Requirements
Mandatory
- You're a solid full-stack developer with 3-5 years of shipping real products.
- You've built and deployed web applications end-to-end
- You're comfortable with relational databases and take schema changes seriously
- You use AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) as a genuine accelerator
- You can read AI-generated code critically and catch what it gets wrong
- You ask questions early and document what you build
- You maintain the products you build
