Artificial Intelligence is rapidly changing how bsinesses operate, innovate, and create vale. At AAK, we see AI as an important enabler of ftre growth and are investing in the internal capabilities needed to spport or long-term ambitions.

As AI Capability Lead, yo will shape and scale how AI is adopted across AAK. Yo will bild the capabilities, governance, and ways of working needed to make AI a natral part of how the company works, innovates, and creates vale. The role translates AI opportnities into scalable soltions and measrable bsiness vale, while strengthening internal ownership and exection capability.

This is a global role within AAK's Enterprise Technology & Architectre fnction, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Technology & Architectre. Yo will initially lead a team of approximately five people and work across the organization with bsiness leaders, prodction sites, enterprise architects, developers, data specialists, secrity specialists, and IT colleages globally.

Responsibilities

As AI Capability Lead, yor main tasks and responsibilities will be:
• Bild and scale AAK's internal AI capabilities across the organization, inclding team strctre, governance frameworks, ways of working, and resable AI patterns.
• Identify, evalate, and prioritize AI se cases together with bsiness and IT stakeholders, translating needs and opportnities into feasible, high-vale initiatives.
• Drive AI pilots and initiatives from idea throgh implementation and vale realization, moving from experimentation to scalable, prodction-ready soltions with measrable bsiness impact.
• Define AI architectre principles, standards, resable patterns, responsible AI principles, and technical gardrails in close collaboration with Enterprise Architectre, Secrity, Data, Integration, and Infrastrctre teams.
• Evalate AI platforms, models, tools, and emerging technologies, recommending sitable approaches and promoting resable capabilities rather than isolated point soltions.
• Establish AI governance and responsible AI frameworks to spport ethical, secre, and compliant AI adoption across AAK.
• Coach, inspire, and enable colleages across the organization while helping to shape AAK's long-term AI direction and capability bild-p. Abot yo

To be sccessfl in the role yo need:
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Langage Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Agmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and agentic workflows.
• Experience with Azre AI and/or Azre OpenAI, the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, clod platforms, preferably Azre, and API-based integrations.
• Experience or strong nderstanding of enterprise architectre, information secrity, governance, software engineering, or soltion architectre as it applies to AI implementation.
• Proven ability to identify, qalify, prioritize, and deliver AI se cases from idea to scalable implementation, with a clear focs on measrable bsiness vale.
• An architectre, governance, responsible AI, and secrity mindset, with the ability to define standards, gardrails, and resable patterns at enterprise level.
• Strong stakeholder commnication skills and the ability to engage credibly with both exectives and engineers.
• A genine capability-bilding mindset and a talent for coaching and inspiring colleages.
• Flency in English. Experience in manfactring or indstrial environments is an advantage.
