Overview
Realforce is hiring a fully dedicated Account Manager for our exclusive partner in the Danish real estate market. Full-time, Malmö-based (Realforce AB), with regular travel to our partner's HQ in Aarhus and the office network.
This role is additive. Realforce keeps the same resources on the partnership tomorrow as today, this person joins the team. The purpose is to carry our partner's marketing direction the last mile into each of their ~180 offices, with the dedicated attention and local-market care that only a person inside the network can provide.
You operate under the partner's brand (partner-branded email, partner identity to every office). You are employed by Realforce AB and collaborate with the Realforce account and product team, supporting the partnership.

You operate under the partner's brand (partner-branded email, partner identity to every office). You are employed by Realforce AB and collaborate with the Realforce account and product team, supporting the partnership.
Responsibilities
- Pick up the marketing tail. Local market nuance, office-specific tailoring, ad-hoc campaign needs, edge cases. Work that sits outside the standardised programs and wouldn't get done without you.
- Be 1st-line support for every office. A single named person each office can call. Questions, troubleshooting, ideas; you route, resolve or escalate.
- Carry HQ marketing direction across the network. When our partner's HQ decides on a campaign or push, you land it at office level; at speed, on-brand, with consistency.
- Hold the office relationship. Know the office leads by name. Spot which offices need a nudge. Make sure no office goes silent unnoticed.
- Coordinate with the Realforce delivery team. Take product, integration and operations output and land it inside the network. Bring the network's needs back.
- Use AI and automation daily. One dedicated, well-equipped human serving a network of this size. Throughput, quality and follow-through leveraged hard.
Requirements
- Native or fully fluent Danish and English, written and spoken.
- 3+ years of account management, marketing operations or marketing-services delivery experience. Comfortable running programs for a portfolio, not just advising.
- Operator-level digital marketing experience - Meta, Google, programmatic, lead gen. You have done the work.
- Comfortable representing a partner brand. Carries the partner identity credibly; keeps Realforce internal context internal.
- Calm, methodical and reliable in follow-through. Strong CRM hygiene (Realforce use Copper CRM).
- Malmö-based, frequent travel to Denmark. Excellent written English and Danish. Legally authorised to work in Sweden.
What Success Looks Like
- Every partner office considers you part of their team and reaches for you first on anything marketing.
- HQ-to-office latency drops to near-zero; decisions land across the network within a week.
- The marketing tail gets done; local nuance and ad-hoc needs are picked up, not deferred.
