Your Role: Are you passionate about shaping the future of Chemicals and Food & Beverage solutions? We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager/Sales Specialist to strengthen our presence in the Chemicals and Food & Beverage sector. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions in automation, digitalization, and sustainable technologies -always with a focus on regulatory compliance and quality.
Location: Malmö or Gothenburg (preferably); Stockholm or Västerås (if willing to travel regularly to the Skåne region)

Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager/Sales Specialist - Chemicals and Food & Beverage, you will:
- Manage key customer accounts where ABB has installed systems and solutions.
- Lead sales efforts for the modernization and expansion of existing automation and digitalization solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including greenfield factory setups and upgrades to production equipment.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and ABB, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions with support from internal engineering teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the customer organization, from executive leadership to production staff.
- Represent ABB at industry events, seminars, and customer meetings.
- Assemble and lead internal capture teams to drive customer value and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications for the role
- University degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within Chemicals or Food & Beverage.
- Ability to communicate technical solutions in terms of customer value and business impact.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Willingness to travel and possession of a valid B driver's license.
