Job Description

Are you interested in building a career within strategy, management consulting or AI & Data?

Accenture's Spring Internship gives you the opportunity to work as part of a real client project team, solve complex business challenges and gain hands-on experience of life as a consultant.

During the internship, you will collaborate with experienced Accenture colleagues, receive continuous coaching and develop your analytical, problem-solving, consulting and technical skills.

You will also build practical AI capabilities and learn how AI can be used across strategy, transformation, data and everyday project work.

Accenture's Spring Internship offers three distinct tracks:

• Strategy
• Consulting
• AI & Data

All three tracks give you the opportunity to contribute to a real client project and work with some of Sweden's largest and most well-known organizations across the private and public sectors.

The key difference lies in the types of questions you will help clients answer:

• Strategy focuses on what, where and why
• Consulting focuses on how, change and execution
• AI & Data focuses on data-driven insights, intelligent solutions and digital innovation

When applying, you can indicate whether you are most interested in one of the tracks or are open to all three tracks.

Strategy Internship Track

The Strategy track focuses on helping organizations determine where to compete, how to create value and how to position themselves for future success.

You may help clients answer questions such as:

• Where should the organization compete and grow?
• How can the organization increase revenue or reduce costs?
• How should the organization respond to changing customer expectations and market conditions?
• How can AI and emerging technologies reshape the organization's strategy or business model?
• What operating model, capabilities or investments are needed to achieve the organization's ambitions?

Depending on the client and project, your work may include:

• Business, growth and cost strategy
• Market, industry and competitor analysis
• Business cases and strategic recommendations
• Finance strategy and enterprise value
• Supply chain strategy
• Customer strategy and customer journeys
• AI and platform strategy
• Operating model design
• Transformation strategies and roadmaps

This track is well suited for students interested in business strategy, growth, cost optimization, transformation and solving complex strategic challenges.

Consulting Internship Track

The Consulting track focuses on helping organizations turn strategic ambitions into practical and measurable change.

You may help clients answer questions such as:

• How should the organization implement its strategy?
• How can the organization improve performance and transform its operations?
• How should processes, roles and ways of working be redesigned?
• How can employees and stakeholders be supported through organizational change?
• How can technology and AI enable more efficient ways of working?

Depending on the client and project, your work may include:

• Change management during large enterprise transformations
• Operational improvement and business transformation
• Process redesign and process excellence
• HR transformation
• Procurement transformation
• Cash recovery and working capital improvement
• Organizational design and new ways of working
• Technology- and AI-enabled change
• Analysis across people, processes, technology and data
• Workshops and interviews to identify challenges and unlock business value

This track is well suited for students interested in consulting, operations, process improvement, organizational change and the execution of large-scale transformations.

AI & Data Internship Track

The AI & Data track focuses on helping clients leverage data, analytics, artificial intelligence (including Generative AI and agentic AI) and machine learning to generate insights, improve performance, and unlock new business value. We help organizations set their AI strategy and move beyond experimentation to real transformation, defining where AI creates most value and reimagining how work gets done, how decisions are made, and how value is created.

You may help clients answer questions such as:

• Where should an organization focus its AI investments, and what does it take to move from pilots to production-grade, scaled impact?
• How can analytics and agentic AI identify new sources of growth, efficiency, and value?
• How can AI and machine learning solve complex business challenges, from prediction to autonomous execution?
• How can large amounts of data be turned into actionable insights, and increasingly, into AI-driven action?

Depending on the client and project, your work may include:

• Shaping clients' AI strategy: identifying and prioritizing use cases, building the value case, and designing the operating model for how AI is scaled
• Developing client solutions spanning data, analytics, visualization, machine learning, Generative AI, and agentic systems
• Helping clients build and deploy AI agents and GenAI-powered solutions that generate insights, automate workflows, and unlock new value
• Designing next-generation architectures and AI-native processes that meet changing business needs and enable new business models
• Supporting clients through the practical realities of AI adoption: data readiness, responsible AI, and change management

This track is well suited for students interested in data, analytics, AI, Generative AI, agentic systems, machine learning, and AI strategy, and who are curious about how AI is reshaping the future of business.

Qualification

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for students who:

• Have started their master's degree and will have one year remaining after completing the internship
• Have strong academic results
• Are analytical problem-solvers with strong business acumen
• Are driven, solution-oriented and interested in building a career within Strategy, Consulting or AI & Data
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
• Enjoy collaborating with others and solving complex challenges
• Are curious about how organizations can rethink their operations, strategic direction and use of data to remain competitive in an AI-enabled future
• Are eager to develop their AI skills and explore how AI can improve problem-solving, decision-making and business outcomes
• Can be located in Stockholm throughout the internship

Duration

The internship runs from 5 April 2027 to 28 May 2027 and lasts for eight weeks.

Office

The internship is based in Stockholm.
