Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture and technical decisions
Share best practices, lessons learned, and AI engineering knowledge across the organization

What You Bring
Several years of professional software development experience
Strong full-stack development expertise
Experience with modern programming languages such as TypeScript, Go, Rust, or equivalent technologies
Proven experience developing robust, maintainable, and testable software systems
Hands-on experience with AI-powered software development tools
Practical experience using agent-based development platforms and workflows
Experience working across the complete software development lifecycle
Ability to independently drive technical initiatives and make architecture decisions
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills in English
