The Breakdown:

Starting November 2026, we are looking for three seasonal Test Ride Assistants based in Sweden, working through end of April 2027 on an hourly basis. The Test Ride Assistant is responsible for representing the Burton and Anon brands, driving focused demand and consumer engagement across the region.

What You Get to Do:

• Inbound and outbound logistics for consumer experiences, test rides and dealer activations
• Organizing and shipping requested products to retail partners, team riders, territory colleagues and HQ
• Demo fleet maintenance, waxing and tuning in-house or handling transportation for external tuning
• Supporting mid-season and year-end inventory management of product fleet and event collateral
• On-snow event execution and hands-on activation support across Sweden and Norway
• Representing the company and brands in a professional manner with positive attitude towards accounts, and the consumer

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in consumer experience, ideally product focused for a recognized brand in the outdoor industry
• Strong knowledge of the snowboard industry, as well as technical product expertise
• Active snowboarder, riding ability is required for demo and clinic execution
• Proactive work attitude and hands-on mentality with the ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity
• Creative, open-minded, and agile team player
• Fluency in Swedish as well as English or Norwegian is required
• A valid driver's license as the role requires regular travel across Sweden and Norway
