Job description

We are looking for two test engineers for one of our big clients in Lund.

In this role the tasks is to plan, design, architect, and deploy effective test suites in order to ensure that developed systems fulfill defined end user requirements. The consultant will apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate, verify, communicate, and resolve systems/software issues through careful testing in order to maximize the benefit of investments and initiatives.

Basic qualifications

• Experience collaborating with development teams
• Knowledge of testing processes and methodologies
• Ability to identify, report, and track defects
• Experience with automated test environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in both English and Swedish, both written and verbal
• Ability to create and execute test cases according to test plans

Preferred additional skills, personal traits and experience

• Experience in integration and configuration of test environments
• Experience working in structured quality assurance processes
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with test automation is considered a plus
• Important to be very hands-on
