Job Description

Are you motivated by building strong clinical partnerships, driving commercial success, and improving patient outcomes? Join BD as a Territory Manager within our Peripheral Intervention business and take ownership of a high-potential territory across Southern Sweden.

This field-based role offers the opportunity to work with innovative technologies that support physicians in treating complex vascular conditions. You will combine commercial expertise with clinical knowledge to deliver value to healthcare professionals while contributing to the growth of a leading global medical technology company.

Our Peripheral Intervention (PI) business unit offers a comprehensive range of medical products, devices and services for the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous disease, cancer detection, and end-stage renal disease and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and achieve business objectives across Southern Sweden
  • Develop and execute territory plans to identify opportunities and expand market presence
  • Build strong professional relationships with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, nephrologists, nurses, radiographers, laboratory managers, procurement teams, and healthcare administrators
  • Provide clinical support and product expertise during procedures when required
  • Deliver product demonstrations, customer training, and ongoing education programmes
  • Manage consignment inventory and ensure product availability for customers
  • Identify customer needs and propose solutions that support both clinical and business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, clinical, and customer-facing teams to support territory success


Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in medical device sales or a clinical background within an interventional healthcare environment
  • Ability to establish credibility and develop trusted relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Strong commercial awareness combined with a proactive and hands-on approach
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and territory management skills
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Based in Southern Sweden, willing to travel extensively within the territory, and holding a valid driving licence
