Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced and technically credible Scrum Master to support a highly engineering-driven organization operating within complex technical environments.

What You Will Work On

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Scrum processes across technical teams

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Agile development environments

Support teams working within software, hardware, and product development

Collaborate with senior technical stakeholders and engineering leadership

Help create clarity, structure, and delivery momentum across distributed teams

Support Agile program coordination and cross-team collaboration

Identify and remove impediments affecting team delivery and efficiency

Coach teams in Agile principles, Scrum methodologies, and effective collaboration

Challenge existing processes and contribute to improved ways of working

Support delivery planning, team alignment, and stakeholder communication

What You Bring

Extensive experience working as a Scrum Master

Experience from Agile programs and technically complex environments

Experience working with distributed teams

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with senior technical stakeholders

Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership capabilities

Ability to drive improvements and create structure within Agile organizations

Confidence working in engineering-driven environments
