Technical AI Lead -Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform

About the role

Business Sweden is accelerating its AI journey with a clear ambition to unlock productivity, enhance decision making, and create new value, both internally and for our clients.

We are now looking for an AI Specialist with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot and the Power Platform to help drive this transformation. You will play a key role in identifying, building, and scaling AI-powered solutions that make a real business impact across our global organization.

Your role

You will work at the intersection of business and technology, turning opportunities into tangible solutions. You will collaborate with colleagues across functions and geographies, contributing your technical expertise while keeping a strong focus on quality, usability, and long-term value.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and value creation from Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Design and build solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio)
• Develop and govern AI use cases and agents aligned with business needs
• Collaborate with the AI Business lead (AITO) / AI Champions network and other business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities
• Lead pilots and scale successful solutions across markets
• Ensure solutions align with data privacy, security, and AI governance guidelines
• Contribute to building Business Sweden's long-term AI capability and operating model
• Create training materials and deliver training sessions across the organization to build AI literacy and drive adoption

Who you are

We are looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a strong business mindset:

• At least 5 years experience working with Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Azure, Power Platform)
• Hands-on experience with Copilot, automation, low-code/no-code or AI solutions
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions
• Understanding of data privacy, risk, and governance principles in AI
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive, structured, and impact-driven approach
• You have an applicable educational background, and a high level of proficiency in both English and Swedish.

It is a strong plus if you also have:

• Experience with AI agents, LLMs, or conversational interfaces
• Experience leading pilots or transformation initiatives
• Experience from consulting or international environments
