About the job

We are looking for a Talent & Engagement Partner to join our Nordic HR team at Findus HQ in Malmö.

As part of a small, collaborative HR team, you will partner with leaders across the Nordics and play a key role in attracting, developing and engaging talent. This is a broad HR role with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, combined with talent management, employee engagement and employer branding.

You will own and drive end-to-end recruitment across the Nordic region, partnering closely with hiring managers from workforce planning and sourcing through to selection, offers and onboarding. You will continuously improve our recruitment processes, strengthen the candidate experience and help ensure we attract top talent.

Beyond recruitment, you will coordinate and support key talent and engagement initiatives, including Talent Reviews, succession planning, employee engagement activities and onboarding and offboarding processes. Working closely with HR colleagues, leaders and regional stakeholders, you will help deliver our people strategy and contribute to a high-performing and inclusive culture.

You will also lead employer branding initiatives in partnership with the Nordic Media team, manage our LinkedIn presence and support Inclusion & Diversity, leadership and mentoring programmes across the region.

This role offers a great opportunity to combine hands-on delivery with strategic HR work while making a tangible impact across the employee lifecycle.

We also believe that you:

Hold a degree in HR, Business or a related field

Have 3+ years of experience within HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management or a broad HR role

Have solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and partnering with hiring managers

Have experience supporting employee engagement, talent or performance management initiatives

Are confident working with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation

Have experience from a matrix and preferably international environment

Are comfortable facilitating workshops, presentations and training sessions

Have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools

Have strong analytical skills and use data to support decision-making

Have a commercial mindset and understand how people initiatives drive business performance

Speak and write English fluently; proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage but not required. Knowledge of the Nordic market and the Malmö-Copenhagen region is highly valued

About the position & application

This position is based in Malmö, Sweden, where we work in a hybrid model with at least three days per week in the office.
